This is my eco-friendly, paper-less, wireless, wi-fi enabled feature sheet. It starts with your listing, ready for the local market to preview. Then I bring in Todd Crocker from From Thin Air Pictures. Todd creates these truly spectacular creations that play in both a computer and DVD format,  for each of my listings.   Each movie is shot with both still photography and video. Todd then writes, narrates, edits and produces the final version for mass production. Todd also supplies the web optimized version for my virtual tour, personal website and the YouTube submission.

Once we have the final draft, Tech Media Worx produces 35 copies. Each copy has corporate branding attached to the disk, jewel case and the 2 pull-out, insert cards that highlight specialty features and the mortgage information required to consider this property for your very own.   Lastly, the DVD Feature Sheet is proudly displayed in our Sales Centre Area of your home. Free to clients and  Realtors alike that tour your home while it is listed for sale.

Research as shown that people do not throw DVDs away and that 3 other people besides the person who picked it up, will view the movie. That's 140 potential buyers for your home!
